The starting point

Somewhere between Poland and Berlin.

The idea for OneButton Labs came to me on a train from Poland to Berlin. I was thinking about a place where developers, designers and other creative people could come together and make things.

An honest snapshot

Where it stands.

What’s there now

The public site introduces a software lab and a way for independent builders to participate. I am interested in software, 3D, animation and video, and in what happens when those skills meet.

What’s still open

The featured experiment stages are illustrative. They are not a list of launched companies or proof of customer traction.

My part, and the people around it

My part is the digital product work described here. That does not mean I own every part of the business or personally deliver every service behind the website.

I began hands-on AI-assisted software building in May 2026. I direct and iterate on these builds with AI tools, building on work by experienced developers and the people who created those tools.
